Order Processing & Shipping Information
At Flufsy, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know:
🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.
🚚 Shipping Times
United States:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days.
International Orders:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center.
Note: Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, customs, peak seasons, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@flufsy.com with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER” or “ADDRESS CHANGE”.
After 24 hours or once the order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@flufsy.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
